Lynsey is an Account Director at Seahorse, with around a decade of experience in public affairs spanning clean energy, transport, and the built environment. She brings deep policy knowledge, an insider understanding of Westminster, and enjoys translating complex policy challenges into practical routes forward for clients.

She most recently worked at Flint Global, advising large companies and investors on infrastructure policy and helping them overcome regulatory and policy barriers. Before that, she led campaigns on energy, heat and buildings, and transport decarbonisation at the Conservative Environment Network, and worked for a solar startup working to establish a floating solar industry in the UK. She began her career working in Parliament for two Transport Secretaries, giving her a first-hand understanding of how government works and how to engage with it effectively.
